Hand Chemistry: Skin Care For Hands that Actually Works.

Excessive hand washing plus repeated use of the Cinema Secrets Brush Cleaner (makeup artists out there you know what I mean) has left my hands an absolute mess.

Excessive hand washing plus repeated use of the Cinema Secrets Brush Cleaner (makeup artists out there you know what I mean) has left my hands an absolute mess. I looked down while driving the other day and thought to myself – I should do something about this: the skin on my hands looks about 40 years older than the rest of me. More recently I have become obsessed with Deciem skin care products (you will want to google that after reading this) and during my last shopping trip there I stumbled upon a product called Hand Chemistry. The front of the tube said ‘Pro-Repair Skincare For Hands’ which I figured must be good because who puts the word ‘PRO’ on anything that sucks. The promise was that in 11 days (not 10) this product would improve the look of firmness, elasticity, density, evenness, brightness, texture, smoothness and hydration. It just so happened I needed improvement in all of those areas so I gave it a go. I applied it as the directions indicated – twice a day on clean hands. By day 3 I was hooked.  I actually noticed that my hands looked younger and less like used tissue paper, and have stayed that way through long days on set and excessive use of hand sanitizer. They were plump and shiny and smooth, and I could actually feel the difference. It’s now been almost a month and I think I am done looking for the perfect hand cream because i’ve found it. Did I also mention it’s only $7.00 for 30ml? My love for this brand is growing by the day, but I need some more time with some of the other products I’ve purchased before I start screaming from the mountain tops about it, so i’ll keep you posted.
